REFUND POLICY

The policy of the Oak Creek Youth Football is to issue no refunds after August 31, 2013. The player's parent must click the Player Quit button on the web site. If a player quits by May 24, 2013, a full refund will be offered. Players that quit between May 25, 2013 and August 31, 2013 will be refunded the registration price minus $75 for the cost of the jersey and other financial commitments OCYF has made. The player will receive the jersey.

PRIVACY POLICY

Oak Creek Youth Football only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. Oak Creek Youth Football handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.

THIRD PARTIES

Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of Oak Creek Youth Football, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement.
